i can see this problem on other sites using swift themes as well.

Hi,

We have isolated the issue.

This is caused because Twitter have ceased to operate the API that returns the count. https://blog.twitter.com/2015/hard-decisions-for-a-sustainable-platform.

Because of their decision it’s possible we may need to remove the counts entirely, our lead dev is looking for alternatives also.
