    Hi I was wondering if you could help out with the following issues…

    1. The iPad Mini, iPhone and all other small screen devices are not showing the products properly. When the product is hovered it shows the same image again.

    When views on smaller screens, the image is repeating, like when you add a bg in dreamweaver, it repeats automatically……I’m not sure that makes sense :/

    2. On the demo, it showed a different image however because I only have 1 image it is showing that image with the transition again. How do I go about removing this?

    This does not happen on our installations, so if you need help with a specific problem on your website, I would always need to see your site live please.

    Could you tell me your website URL please? You can do so by typing it into a reply.

    Hi there,

    Happy New Year!

    1) You can do so with the products page builder assets. That way you can add banners where you like.

    2) You have to enable page builder on product pages in Theme Options > WooCommerce Options, if you’d like the description area to show below.

    3) You can add them within a text widget using the following shortcode:

    [social]

    4) You could change to the fade transition type, in Theme Options > WooCommerce Options (latest version).
