Add the code below to your custom css option.

.asset-bg .spb_impact_text {
    padding-top: 0px!important; 
    padding-bottom: 0px!important; 
}

In that case replace the previous code by this one.

.asset-bg .spb_impact_text {
    padding-top: 0px!important;
    padding-bottom: 0px!important;
    margin-top: -25px!important;
    margin-bottom: -25px!important;
}

i just dont know the CCS codes doesn’t work for me..

im using the code provided on the THEME OPTIONS FOR NEIGHBORHOOD.
