    I had issues which i used WPML Support forum, find the response from the moderator from WPML.

    i encounter the that issues, when i try to click on the brands at the side page

    when you click for example Adidas the whole site freezes.!

    The Brands are assigned to products.

    What really happen to the support policies?

    Why its takes forever to give me a support?

    We aim to respond to all posts within 48 hours (Monday-Friday), but in most cases we usually manage to reply less than 24 hours. We work on the oldest topic first, so adding a new comment will take you to the back of the queue. We do also try our best to reply on weekends if we have time.

    Another issues.

    Product size image not displaying properly, even when i had change catalogue size on woocommerce settings and regenerate the thumbnails

    I cant even see my product vitiation and add to cart.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. What is in that 913 line in functions.php which theme version are you in?

    The problems you are facing are, right?
    1. That error in the error log
    2. Product Variation

    Could you provide your WP Login details in a private reply, So I can check whats going wrong.

    For the variations, you hadn’t set them up currently. See here – http://docs.woothemes.com/document/product-variations/ , check the Variations Test #1, I updated that to show you.

    For the image sizes, please see here – http://support.swiftideas.net/knowledgebase/product-image-quality/ . You will need to regenerate the thumbs after using the suggested plugin.
