    Hi there,

So basically I purchased this woo commerce extension called Product Add-ons which allows the customer to select some options when adding an item to cart and I absolutely need this with my shop.

I also purchased a subscription plugin and when using this product add-ons extension it works perfect. However, when I add it to a normal/simple product if I request for the fields to be required which I will need them to be the theme stops them from being added to cart. I know this becuase I switched to the classic theme of twenty fifteen and it worked well. However if I do not require them to be filled in the product IS added to the cart but it does not store any of the fields the user has inputed.

Can you please review this problem with all these products here at https://bachelorsbox.com/gift/

I contacted the other support for the extension and they also informed me to contact you guys as this is something to do with the theme.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Apologize for the delay, the weekend between didn’t helped.

Can you try to disable the enable Ajax in the add to cart options inside Woocommerce and try again.

    Hi,

We answer oldest support threads first, when you bumped your ticket it went back to the top of the list.

Can you disable this option: WooCommerce => Product Options => Add to cart ajax => Disabled.

I think also if you can attach the two plugins here it will help us test this for future intergration.

    – David.
