I know the site will deliver a category page if you click on the link for that category on a product page. But I need to add to that page… style it, etc… and it doesn’t exist.

If I use the standard WooCommerce shortcode for categories… the page is all messed up….

Can you help me setup a category page I can work with?

    Thanks!

    Hi,
Please go to Admin -> Woocommerce -> Settings -> Products – > Default Category Display as attached screenshot . You dont need to style anything beside it .

Thanks… But I DO need to style that page. That is my point. “showing” things isn’t what I need. I need to designate a page that the user arrives at when he clicks on a category name within the cart. I need that to go to a specific page… for each category… so I can style that page, add content, etc.

    Thanks

Hey, that’s not possible as the links are generated dynamically and automatically.

    Cheers

That’s amazing. How do I get rid of them then?

IN the WooCommerce grid pages, it lists and links the name of each product’s category. Since I cannot control those pages. how do I get rid of it? I’m not finding where to do that.

same thing on the WooCommerce product pages. I can’t control where the category name links to, so how do I get rid of it.

Help!… stuck in WooCommerce land here. These link to automatically generated pages I cannot control? How does that work for other WooCommerce users? I need to get rid of them then, so my visitors aren’t linking to pages I have no control over.

    Thanks.
