Need help in setting Up demo content

Hello,

I have purchased the neighbourhood theme and i am really loving its design and customisation ability.

I am having some trouble in importing the default demo content. I tried some import previously and it ended up with bits and pieces of information everything.

Would the support staff be able to do the import for me like the live preview in the themeforest demo? I have included the admin information.

I’m afraid it’s not within the scope of support to provide that service, we can only support for minor theme customisations an theme bugs. We have provided instructions in the documentation on how to import the demo content.

Hi Kyle,

I read the thread and i see that your staff Rui has mentioned to some customers for admin access to help to import the data.

I am having missing pages now and it is now where near the demo site.

If you have some demo content on now all of it you would need to start fresh and try import it again otherwise you will get duplicates. Before you do so have a read of that thread, there are tips on there that will help

Hello,

We just bought the Dante Theme. We tried installing the Demo Content the way you show it on the docs but it does not work. We get :

Not Found
The requested URL /wp-admin/admin.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

We are hosted on goDaddy. It don’t think it’s a size limit issue. What are your suggestions to solve this?

Sounds like it could be an issue with your install as it’s in the wp-admin folder.

Can you try a fresh install?

Hello Kyle,

I did try a fresh install on one site and started another from scratch. In both I can’t get the demo content to install. I get the same error message:

Any other suggestions…

I didn’t get the error but needed to import the file several times because it’s a lot of images.

I did it on this site: http://4e0.b55.myftpupload.com/
