    Hi,

    When I view products there is a link to the right of the product that says “Need help? Contact us”. I’d like this to show my normal contact form when pressed. How and where do I edit this?

    Hi,
    Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Woocommerce Options -> Email customer care modal -> Insert contact form shortcode and update options.

    Thanks Mohammad, that worked great.

    Before I updated to the new version there was already a feedback modal in place. It’s not now after the update. Is there a nifty little shortcode for this as well?

    Rui thanks for the reply, I got the contact form sorted with Mohammads help.

    I’m trying to get a feedback form in place now. Is there a shortcode for the feedback model?

    Hi Mohammad,

    I tried creating one with Contact Form 7 but I don’t understand how. I think my problem is that I removed Contact Form 7 a while ago, since I’m using Ninja Forms for my contact form.

    When the feedback button had some actual content it had 5 stars that you got to choose from, a topic and a comment field. I’d like that back, along with a captcha if that is possible. Can you please help me?

    Hi @Doxster,

    The feedback modal is blank by default, it’s the reviews modal that has the stars and the comment.

    Ah for the love of God, how stupid of me! Thanks for clearing that up!

    I’m a bit unsure what to put in the feedback modal, is it intended as feedback for the specific product or general feedback? Any advice on what makes sence and looks good to have in that field?

    Ahh yes my fault! I should of known that

    Really it’s up to you, I would just create a feedback form with the name and email and then a ‘your feedback’ text area.
