I’d like to separate out the navigation bar (main menu) and move it below the logo (and possibly the nav-search as well).

What the easiest to go about this? Should I change the span tags for id=logo and id=nav-seaction to span12? Should I relocate the nav-section code in header php?

Hi

If you are familiar with html/css and some php you will be able to do this fairly simple. I think your method of changing to span12 will be the best way, and then float the menu to the left.
