Naked Header, want to show icons for social media after Menu items

Hello, I am using the naked header and want to show social media icons in my menu. I’ve tried a few plugins that won’t work. I’ve tried adding shortcodes, with no luck.

I need twitter, instagram, facebook linkedin, google+, youtube and rss icons to show at the right of my menu links.

Can you help me to solve this? Thanks~

I see the social icons are in the topbar, this is currently the only position you can have them in the header
