The web site with Cardinal theme looks fine on major browsers on Mac (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) but on PC the header with navigation would not automatically become naked once a page is scrolled down and then scroll up to top in Internet Explorer while in Chrome the issue doesn’t show up on PC. The theme is using the Naked (Light) version for the header but in IE the header becomes solid (as seen on mobile devices) but wouldn’t turn off but don’t see this issue in Chrome or Firefox on PC. Is there a specific CSS code snippet that needs to be added to address this issue using Naked light header in IE? Thanks.
