Naked header display problem after demo imported

After demo imported, the naked header page look buggy and different than the supposed one http://swiftideas.com/home/home-naked/. I’m looking forward to your help.

Hi Kyle,

The problem happens while scrolling down, please look at the screenshots I attached.

But after I check it clearly, I found that there are no problem on Safari. But happens on Firefox. However, the http://swiftideas.com/home/home-naked/ has no problem on both Firefox and Safari…so strange.. Any clues?

ok now it’s understood. That situation in Firefox has already identified and it’s fixed in the next update.

Oh ya there is another problem about Icon Box displaying problem. But this only happens in Safari (doesn’t experience this problem in Firefox so far).

Those item sometime missing randomly, sometime the middle one, sometime the left or right, sometime all popup without problem. I just capped some screenshots hope that this bug will be fixed soon as well.

Btw this problem also happens in Atelier demo as well.

Hi,

I couldn’t replicate that one in the icon box. In Firefox can you open your javascript console when that happens to see if any error pops out in the the javascript console.

Not sure about the ETA on Atelier(not sure if it’s next week), but if you needed it just let us know and we send it to you.

What is the best way to install update the theme manually without losing my current settings?

Backing up the current settings via Export and then importing them to the new plain theme installation? Or is there a smoother way of doing it?

You can upload the files using ftp, that will only replace the theme files.
All the settings and options are stored in the database, don’t worry with that.
