Wow. Wasn’t logged in to the same account as yours. It doesn’t show up on my account. I guess I will have to look deeper into this issue.
It will only show in the account that has the subscription bought/assigned to it.

I’d suggest you contact the plugin developer. The theme does not handle this output.
