As mentioned in my topic, My Swift Framework Plugin Disappeared! I need this up and running immediately.

There was a similar topic posted but the reply was marked private by the support staff.

I don’t want to give access to my site.

I need instructions on what to do asap!

    Hi,

You just need to delete the plugin called “Theme check” that is by mistake in the swift framework directory and go to Appearance->Install plugins and install the latest 1.64 version.

It does not allow me to delete it from the WordPress Dashboard.

This is the message I get: You cannot delete a plugin while it is active on the main site.

You should deactivate it first. Give it a try.

I tried deactivating it first. The plugin itself only has an option to edit (see attached).

    What else can I do?

In that case it needs to be deleted using FTP or accessing with the File explorer in your hosting account.

No, it’s the directory called Swiftframework located at wp-content/plugins/

So anyone else who reads this knows:

I had to delete the wp-content/plugins/Swift Framework folder, the entire folder, using my FTP site.

I refreshed my dashboard and the Swift Framework plugin reappeared.

    Reinstalled it.

    Everything works fine now.

    TY
