Is it possible to use my own icons I’ve created instead of the Font Awesome/Gizmo icons? There are several elements I’d like to use my own in.

Hi,
That depends on where you exactly want to use them ? . You will probably have to create your own font with the icons and upload them or use simple images of the icons.
