I’m trying to insert the contents of html code or shortcode in the “leave feedback”, “Shipping information modal”, “Returns & Exchanges modal”, “FAQs modal” but I can not enter anything.
Where can I find the respective short code for these sections?
for example, contacts / mail I entered and it’s ok.

Not sure what the issue is? Just enter what ever content you like in to the box that you want to display int he modal. This could just be text

There is no shortcode for review, review will automatically have the form in. For the other modals, use contact form 7
