    The only content in the my-account page is “[woocommerce_my_account]” however when I click My Account now (since loading theme updates), my index page loads in place of where My Account content did previously.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    What happens when you manually type in the url?
    http://www.yourdomain.com/my-account

    If that works then check your menu settings and make sure ‘my account’ link didn’t get borked.
