    Hi,

Yes you can change the product image size here: WooCommerce => Settings => Products => Display => Product Images.

Once you have changed those sizes, you will need to rebuild your thumbnails, please use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/

    Thanks,
    David.

The problem is that the image settings are set 560 x 560 px that is a square format.
In the masonry display the height is restrict to 450 px and 555px of width so it will create that zoom effect.

You need to change the product image settings to a more wide format or in the square one you will have to manipulate the square image to create an empty area around it so it won’t be cropped in a different proportion.

    Hey,

Could you add the WP logins for http://139.162.12.203/ we can then cross reference the two sites.

    Thanks.
    David.

    Hi,

This site’s (http://139.162.12.203/) wp-admin redirects to http://www.audioengine.co.id so there is no way I compare the two admin areas. Can you get your host amend that?

    Thanks,
    David.

    Perfect, that works.

I cannot see any difference for any settings or custom code or CSS, I assume you have not changed any settings from the original?

Best I can do is provide you with this CSS:

    figure.animated-overlay.product-transition-zoom { padding: 15px }

    – David.

    Hi,

Ok, please remove the CSS provided.

I can see no difference in any of your settings between the two sites so I am not sure as to why there is any difference. The only differnce I see is the older site 139.162.12.203 is running an older version of the theme.

I have setup two test pages so we can further look into this. I’ll get our lead developer to take a look also to help resolve this issue promptly.

Did you change the image settings on 139.162.12.203 and not rebuild the images there?

If you rebuild the images on 139.162.12.203 does the cutoff happen also?

    Cheers,
    David.

    Hi,

I can get this to work, but only if I change the featured image to 800 x 650 pixels.

I have uploaded the image here for you to add and test.

    Thanks,
    David.
