Multi-layer Hover Parallax

Which slider/element was used to create the multi-layer parallax that was once demonstrated on the Feature demo site?

I would very much like to recreate that header and would appreciate any documentation or instruction to do so?

That is done with the Multi Parallax asset.

This is the code we use in that page.
