When users click a link(a href=”http://domain.com/service/#id1″) in http://domain.com/, the movement at page transition in http://domain.com/service/ is somewhat abnormal. It’s like move down once, then move up.
I’d like to change it to normal movement, but I don’t know how to fix it.

By the way, in Theme option, Smooth Scroll is already Disable.
Could you tell me how to fix this?

    Hi,

We will need to see what’s happening in the real site url.
Can you send us it in private?

Can you provide me admin access in a private reply?
Also try to disable all plugins except SwiftFramework to discard any plugin conflict.

Can you confirm that you have the latest theme/plugin version?

I understand, just to let you know that we deal everyday with a lot of site credentials and we didn’t had any issue so far.

Will have to forward it to the development team.
    Let’s wait for the reply.

    Hi @apple8

Unfortunately we can’t prevent the default browser functionality (the initial jump to the section) – we can only add code to correct the positioning on load. This is necessary when using the sticky header.

    Hi @apple8

That is the scroll that you see after the page has loaded – the code is already in the theme.
