In the process of trying to copy http://www.SproutLiving.com to http://www.SproutLiving.eu as semi-copy for promotional use โ€“ i.e. no shop functionality โ€“ and encountering a couple weird issues:

    1. The child theme CSS became unwritable for some reason. The permissions did not change but when logged in as an admin, I got prompted that I had to make the file writable before being able to make any changes in the WP backend. Changing the permissions to 766 fixed this, but seems weird/unnecessary…

    2. More importantly, when I deactivate Woocommerce, it breaks the site. The very top header is still visible, but nothing below that.

    Please advise. Thanks!

    Hi,

1 that can happen, not necessarily weird, and if you were able to fix it just by doing what the prompt said you’re good to go ๐Ÿ™‚

2 Can you please upload the parent theme without any modifications and let us know if it still breaks if you don’t have wooCommerce activated?

3 please make sure you purchase 2 licenses of Neighborhood if you are using it on two domains in order to follow the legal terms of themeforest.

    Cheers
