Move product count and ordering out of Shop page heading

Hi, I’m working on a local development environment at this stage so not able to provide site url.

How do I move the woocommerce-ordering form and woocommerce-count-wrap div out of the page-heading div and into the inner-page-wrap whilst still keeping the page-heading on Shop pages?

I have selected the option to show breadcrumbs in the page-heading so it’s looking a bit messy with the product count and sort dropdown in the heading.

See attached screenshot.

Is there a hook or filter I can use?

Actually the ordering will show just below the title, but in your screenshot it is inside the title, did you try any custom changes over the theme files? Can you try a fresh install in a separate folder to check?

Hi Laranz,

I have not made any custom changes over the theme files. I simply imported the Agency Two demo and changed settings under “Theme Options”. Whether or not I have the breadcrumb in the title, the woocommerce ordering appears within the “page-heading” div.

Given that I’ve not changed any theme files, I don’t see the need to create a fresh install in a new folder, but will do so.

Hi again,

Just created a fresh installation in a new folder. Imported Agency Two demo. Added the Shop page to the main menu. Done nothing else. Woocommerce ordering still inside the page-header div. See screenshot.

I’m afraid the ordering in thew title is the only option for Cardinal. If you want to move it outside of the page title, then that’s to your knowledge and responsibility. You will have to edit several theme files

Thank you, Kyle. Understood. Given that the theme does offer the option to have the breadcrumb in the page title, perhaps you could consider adding this as a feature request?
