    Hi Sam,

    Are you sure that you have installed the latest version? I’ve tested the category select for the portfolio carousel, and while there was an issue before, it’s definitely working here with the latest version.

    I’ve uploaded a new one here just incase.

    Ed,

    I used the one you provided in our previous correspondence – I had 1.4.2 and using the version provided I re-did the child theme and am now on 1.4.3 – I have custom page templates such as single-sd_article.php – should I re-do these also? I assumed the code change to fix this was in the portfolio block but maybe not?

    Hi Sam,

    Apologies once again for the delay. We have 2 extra support staff starting over the next few days so should be back to better than our expected and guaranteed support soon.

    Do you have a login for me to check the filter issue on your site?

    If you check the classic editor for the page, do you see a category field for the shortcode? Try setting this manually to be category=”<--category_slug-->”

    Hi Sam,

    Finally managed to get in.

    I’ve looked into it thoroughly, but can’t find any reason why it wouldn’t be working here but not for you.

    My guess would be that it’s something to do with one of the plugins you have installed.

    Would you be able to set up a quick test with a new build and just the theme, without all the extra plugins to try and confirm?
