Modal on checkout page including toggle form not working

As in the subject, I put in the “Email customer care modal” the following code:

Well, since Dante 2.67 toggle was working well, now not anymore.
How can I fix this?
Please, help me. Both mobile and desktop version are affected by this problem.

Hi,

It seems to be because of those Sharing plugins you have on checkout.
There are 2 errors in the Javascript console.

Can you try to disable them and test again, clearing the cache first.
