Modal load fails onload

Hello. I love the theme. Thanks for putting out such a nice product. I am having an issue though. I used the shortcode generator for a modal window. I wanted to load FAQs in it. The site is a temporary one-page site. No matter what I add for content—it could be just text. It tries to load. You almost see it. And then it fails. Any idea why? It works for me on your demo.

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst I take a closer look.

Interesting. So the modal functionality must be tied into WooCommerce. I didn’t have Woo installed but afterwards the button Pop-up works! Thanks for tip.

It’s not related to WooCommerce. Those are the two stock plugins that when active, everything else should work.

This means, one of your other plugins was causing the conflict.

Wait… replied too soon. When I reactivated Ninja forms specifically the Modal functionality fails.

Perhaps I should follow up with a few more details. So I bought another license for a different client. This theme is one of my favorites.

The new client, fusion-financial.com wants to use a button — image text — to load a modal. In the modal is a list of services. I am using Popups Pro. Their plugin works fine on anything other than a smaller viewport like the iphone 6.

So I am close to getting the desired effect but we’re not there yet.

Is there something in the Atelier toolbox that will do the same as Popups Pro because obviously the less I have to pack into this site the better.

Can you try to add a Text Block and inside the content of the text block insert a SwiftFramework Modal Shortcode.

Then inside the modal content you can place other shortcodes.
