Mobile version not showing social icons or subscribe option

In Theme Options I have code from Mailchimp in the Subscribe Form (under Header), and [social] in Header left text config.

I have selected the first Header option, with the logo in the middle.

On my laptop/desktop the website loads fine.
However on my phone, or iPad in Portrait view, the mobile version of the theme is missing both the subscribe option, the social icons, and the logo is on the left (http://mobiletest.me/iphone_5_emulator/#u=http://www.nottheusual.nu).

Can you please advise what I am doing wrong and how to fix it?

Yes we removed these links on mobile as there isn’t really any space for them

Ok… is that why the logo is not centred either?

If the logo was centred it would be too close to the mobile menu icon, in some cases with wider logos it will overlap

Is there any way to force it to be centre? If it doesn’t overlap I would prefer that.

It is but it’s quite a lot of work, you would need to hire a developer to help you with it

You could use this:

@media only screen and (max-width: 991px) {
#logo a {float: none !important;}
}

However the menu icon will drop below
