    Hi there,

I’m hoping someone can help me solving a mobile version related issue.

When I visit my site from an iphone the site appears as attached..
The menu button on the side only give me one option, home.

Any ideas as to how to edit or change this so you can actually view the site?

    Many thanks in advance,

    Nadia

    Hi Nadia,

This doesn’t look like Neighborhood’s mobile view. Do you have a plugin which is changing it on mobile?

    Hi Ed,

Nope, I don’t have any other theme or mobile plugins..

Is there anyway that I can check why the Neighbourhood mobile theme isn’t working?

    Thanks,
    Nadia

Can you deactivate all your plugins and see if that solves anything?
If not, can you contact your hosting company, asking them if they installed something for you?

    Hi Melanie,

Thanks for your reply. I deactivated all my plugins and it didn’t solve the issue 🙁
I also spoke to Blue Host, my hosting company. They couldn’t find anything installed or that might be suppressing the neighbourhood mobile view.

Any other ideas as to what could be going?

    Many thanks,
    Nadia

Hi, this is definitely down to your hosting company.

When I load the site on my iPhone I get the same as you, as you can see it says ‘Web Hosting by BlueHost’. And you have the option to select ‘Web’. When you select this option you get the site as it should be.

You must have something activated on your hosting which causes websites to try and load a mobile version. Please check with your hosting again.
