mobile site layout issues

Hi, I am still having a couple of issues with our home page on our mobile site:

Attached are screenshots. There is too much wasted space around a text box and we are missing an icon box.

Please help.

Please use this custom css code:-

.home .sf-parallax div.container div.row div.blank_spacer{display:none !important;}
.home  div.spb_call_text h1{margin:0px !important;}

That helped with the mobile site but it changed the desktop site. We still want the icon in the middle on the desktop.
