Mobile Shop/Cart/Related products issues

Hi,

I have 4 issues with the website on the mobile version.

1) There are no images in the mobile version of the cart. See attached picture. How do we add a thumbnail version of the product image next to the item within the cart?

2) when you add something to cart on the mobile version of the site, there are no numerical icons next to the shopping bag. Is there a way to add numerical based items next to the shopping bag to show how many items are in the shopping bag?

3)Shop page on the mobile screen. The products look great but the ‘add to shopping bag’ is chopped off. Is there anyway to resize the word so you can see the whole sentence?

4) related products within a product page look squished and jumbled. Same problem with the ‘add to shopping bag’ as well. Everything’s just pushed into each other and doesn’t look good. Please fix

Hi,

1) The image was removed due to the lack of space in mobile resolution.

2) Also don’t work like that has default. Will forward this suggestion to the development team.

3) If we reduce it more it will also be unreadable. do you want to try it?

4) Can you provide admin access to check it?

For me the related products looks normal, http://serieux.com.au/product/plain-white-t/ can you confirm what type of issue you got through the related products with the screenshots?

Hi,

As you can see in the screenshot, the words are a little bit squished together.
It also doesn’t look good that they all still have the “add to shopping bag” area on the bottom when you can’t even see it. Is there a way to remove it?

Also I’m still waiting for a fix for the odd ‘add to cart button’ that has changed after the update – refer to attached photo.

Try this for the full text,

2. I forward that to a colleague to have real iPhone to check, I don’t have one to check, in browser in iPhone width it renders without any issue.

Hey guys! Thanks a lot for your help!
This definitely looks better, but it still isn’t good.

Look at the screenshot, you can see when you have 4 items there it really looks messy! Is there any other ways we can make it look cleaner?

Also is there any news regarding the ‘add to shopping’ button – see attached.

1. You may reduce the font size in the above CSS I gave to 1px and then the text will fix that in to the box, what do you mean by other elegant solution?
2. I already asked my colleague about that add to cart button issue, he will reply you asap he start checking his tickets.
