Is there any way to get the row to not act responsive?

Essentially there is not a lot of information in the row so Im trying to keep it from scaling down and changing the format of the text.

Also, is there a way to move the “Product Title” to where the “Product Price” is?

“Product Price” could then go where the “Small Description” goes.

*** Im not really a fan of the big title header for the product pages. I think it might draw too much attention away from the product and to the name.
