    Is there a way to show widgets at the top instead of the main content?

    In the header section you mean? That’s not possible without php modification of the theme I’m afraid. Cheers!

    No, I just mean having the widgets show up above the page content in bootstrap. So when viewing the site in mobile mode you see the widgets at the top and the page content below that.

    Oh, yes but that would also need to be implemented/modified by a third party developer.

    Unfortunately no, it would be a pretty complex job to re-arrange the theme structure.
