    Thanks Mohammad, this helps greatly but I notice that the menu still overlaps the rest of the page. Previously, the menu pushes everything else down when opened which to me looks best. But when I insert the code, the menu then overlaps the rest of the page.

    No problem if this cannot be fixed. I can live with the extra space issue as I would rather have the menu push everything else down.

    Hi Alan,
    We need extra space to push down menu drop down but you dont want it so i provided solution to remove space.Its up to you that what will you choose ?
