Mobile Font Different Than Custom Web Font

Hi,

I uploaded a font to my website, but it will stay in the “please wait” loading screen.
I refreshed it, and the font I was uploading actually did work.

Is there a certain period of time to wait?
Is there any danger in refreshing while it is loading for a really long time?

Also, the real issue is that my font does not work on mobile.
Know any fix for this?

Can you add the zip file you are trying to upload here or a dropbox link, this should contain all your font formats.

What mobile device are you using?

Hi David,

Really only using the bold, book, and light (and italics) versions.
I am using an iPhone 5s.

Hi,

This looks to be caused by the Redux Theme Options font extension, which powers the custom fonts.

We have logged this issue with them and are currently awaiting their response. I’ll report back to you when we get an update.

I have the same problem with the mobile text and don’t have any idea how to solve it.

They reported back the font service is running normally.

Please ensure your theme and WP are updated, then try uploading the font zip file again.
