    The CSS for the mobile version of the my website is not loading correctly. I really need to fix this asap

    Hi,
    Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Here you can enable responsive css easily.

    see attached.

    When I pull the website up on a mobile device it does not render any CSS at all.

    If i choose to request the desktop version on my phone then it will show the responsive layout correctly.

    I need to either fix mobile CSS or only allow mobile devices to see the desktop version of my website.

    Hi,

    Probably some plugin that you have installed.
    You have a lot of errors in your console from mobile.juicyads.com

    Disable all the plugins, clear the cache and try again.

    ive deactivated all of my plugins and cleared cache and the problem still persists.

    Do you think I need to delete mll the plugins? Could the plugin leave behind some virus or something on my website even after deactivation?

    Hi,

    There is the possibility of your server had suffered an attack.Check with your hosting company.

    Try to rename the plugins directory and then try agian. It’s like it was deleted for WordPress.

    If that’s not the problem revert the name again to “plugins”

    My hosting company said “Kindly be informed that there was no reported issue (DOS/DDOS attack) with the server and also I could see that the services are stable in the server.”

    Can you suggest any other solutions please?
