I have had a developer to take a look at the theme. The developer says that the themes coding are complicated, and can slow down the site.

If you can’t make the checkout responsive, i’m 100% going to claim my money back. It can’t be true that the theme isn’t responsive on the most important part (the checkout).

This theme powers thousands of sites without complaints such as that, hopefully you can pass on a referenced list of issues that causes this slow down.

The theme is certainly responsive, you are using a 3rd party plugin which is causing this issue and we are trying to help you fix this. We cannot guarantee all 3rd party plugins will work, you can see the default theme demo is responsive.

The login details are no longer working, can you check those and update so we can view the checkout for you again?

But the theme should be compatible with woocommerce right?.

Yes, indeed it is as per our demo. Please disable your child theme also, I have to ask you as I cannot see the child theme structure.
