    Hi!

    I’m having issues with my mobile add to cart function. There seems to be a conditional problem with adding items to cart, as some people experience a situation where the items goes in the cart for about 2 second and then disappear, while it’s working fine for others. It is pretty bad because some users simply can’t get to add items to their cart.

    I’ve tried everything (that I know of): Updating W3 cache to be compatible with woocommerce, deactivating W3 cache plugin as well as all my plugins, contacting my server to prevent caching the cart page…but I still have the problem!

    Any ideas how you can help me? Thanks so so much!

    Hi,

    Can you try to disable all plugins except SwiftFramework and Woocommerce, clear the cache and test again.
    So we can discard any plugin conflict.

    Do you have the latest theme and plugin versions?
