I need to manually add reviews/comments to each product. However when i do, i’m not given an option to rate the product. Editing each comment, i don’t get an option to add a rating, whereas I can see on the reviews/comments submitted via the site that they include the extra field for the rating.

How do I add a rating to a manually added comment?

Also can’t find a way to do it manually. Will have to forward to the development team to see what can be done.
