I’m missing the bottom half of the visual editor toolbar. See Screenshot. It’s a fresh installation with all plugins deactivated. Any thoughts on this? Weird thing is, I have another installation of this theme on the another WordPress installation on the same hosting account with no issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using latest version of theme 2.56? Please check this after clear cache of browser.
