I’m jumping back in here with some additional questions.

Please see http://www.localcityeats.com/restaurants/. On this page, I’d like the circle to be able to flip over when hovered over to show an additional image (the back of this coaster, specifically). How can I accomplish this?

I’d also like the caption to be a link. I tried just putting in an a tag but it didn’t work. How should I set this up?

I’m afraid this functionality is not possible currently, and is beyond our scope of support as it is more work than a small customisation. We only provide support for theme issues, and at times basic customisations. While we’d love to be able to support every customisation request, we simply don’t have the time. We recommend that you seek a freelance developer if you need to make that customisation, potentially from one of the below resources:
