    I’ve adjusted the main nav menu padding just fine, but when the mini header appears when scrolling down, the options are higher than I’d want them to be. How can I adjust the mini header nav menu’s padding?

    Try adding this to your custom css:

    #nav-section {
  margin-top: 5px;
}
nav .menu li {
  padding: 13px 0;
}
