WordPress 3.5.1
Flexform Version 1.0.2 (also happening on a separate purchase with 1.6)
Safari/Chrome
Screenshot: http://total-tec.com/wp-includes/images/email/flexform_issue.pngI have an ongoing issue with users reporting that the menu and logo fail to load or aren’t rendering. I have seen it happen a handle full of times and a quick refresh USUALLY fixes the problem (but some people don’t know what a refresh is).
Most of the time its just the logo/menus/breadcrumbs, but sometimes it’s blog post widgets and other items.
Any ideas how to fix this? Or what to look for?

Your website isn’t loading for me.

April 3, 2014 at 4:09 pm #64291The site works for me, please try again.
April 3, 2014 at 4:49 pm #64316Hi
It’s because your site is on a secure domain (https) please download the WordPress HTTPS plugin

April 3, 2014 at 5:18 pm #64338You can’t view the site because of SSL or the menu issue is because of SSL? We are currently implementing SSL and are working out bugs. The menu issue has been happening since before the SSL integration.
April 3, 2014 at 5:22 pm #64341The issue didn’t happen for me either, but I checked the console and there were a lot of ssl issues.

April 11, 2014 at 3:28 pm #66467Hi together,
we do have the same problem on our site with flexform 1.6 and WordPress 3.8.2. With Firefox it is fine, with Safari we have the problems. https is activated and the https plugin installed. Website is not online yet so I cannot send you a link (it is not foodfreaks.ch, we do have another installation). But it also appears just from time to time.
Thanks and regards
christianApril 11, 2014 at 3:34 pm #66471Our SSL issues have been resolved, but we still get the menu/logo randomly no loading, mainly in Safari.

May 15, 2014 at 8:39 am #75174Hi,
our site is online now so you can test it: http://www.openolat.com. We still have the same problem. After the second click the menu disappears. I am using Mac with Safari 7.0.3. WordPress is 3.9.1 and flexform 1.6.2. We do not have the problem with http://www.frentix.com and http://www.foodfreaks.ch. Do you have any ideas?best
christianMay 15, 2014 at 9:18 am #75200Hi
I’ve got the exact same setup and it works fine for me (see screenshot) I clicked around to all different pages and the menu didn’t disappear once

November 3, 2014 at 4:07 pm #125196Hi Kyle,
just want to check if you heard of our problem from someone else. We still have the issue that header font is not loading. But also the links on the site are not visible. The submenus are fine. We do have the impression that it has something to do with the loading of the site. All content which appears immediately is fine. Content which will be “faded in” like the header has a problem.
Problem appears on http://www.openolat.com all the time. At frentix.com it is not so often, like on foodfreaks.ch. Can you please check it again if you can find any error?Best regards

I checked the site with each browser and seems to fine everywhere. You need to check at another machine.
Thanks
MohammadNovember 5, 2014 at 7:57 am #125710Hi Mohammad,
we checked from different machines, iMac, iPad, MacBook in different networks, everywhere the same problem. It appears only with Safari, doesn’t matter which OS and which Safari version because we have the problem since a while. And as reported from bpolk it is not only with our installation. Also foodfreaks.ch and openolat.com have nothing to do to each other. Both installations are on different environments with different plugins. But there is no rule when it happens. Sometimes it is enough to click 2-3 times, sometimes 20 times. But mainly on openolat.com. There are about 80 css warnings. Maybe it is related to these problems?
Thanks
