    Hi there,

I’m experience issues with the main menu on my mobile site using the following:
    – WordPress version 3.9
    – Theme Version 1.70
    – Site URL: http://www.threeblindmice.com.sg
    – Issue:
The main menu on the top right corner on my mobile site isn’t working.

Would you be able to advise me on how I may be able to get it to work?

    Thank you!

    cheers,
    ken

Please could you try deactivating your plugins to see if it fixes the issue. We do not get this on our installs therefore it must be something specific to your install.

Maybe try uploading a fresh copy of the theme

You wont lose any of your settings, you wont lose anything. Just uploading fresh files 🙂

No just the parent theme, you don’t have the child theme uploaded now?

You will need to do it with ftp because the theme folder already exists so it will not work through the wordpress backend

    Hi Kyle,

I tried re-installing the theme files but i got the error prompt

    “Destination folder already exists”

    Theme install failed.

    Hi Kyle,

The menu on the mobile site still does not seem to be responding even after the reinstallation.

I’ve also noticed that the menu button at the top right seems to be linked back to the exact same page, instead of a menu.

Is there anything else that I could explore to fix this?
