I added three more custom links to a sub nav in the Menu. After I added these and saved the Menu, the Menu Nav disappeared completely. I realized at the bottom of the Menu page under “Menu Settings” that the box for “Theme Locations” “Main Menu” had somehow become unchecked. I tried to check the box again and save, but this did not work. I then removed the three custom links I had just added, checked the box, saved, and it worked that time.

Is there a limit to how much content there can be in the Menu Nav? Or is there something else I can to resolved this issue?

    Hi,

How many menu items in total do you have within that menu, sometimes your hosts will need to adjust the php.ini to accommodate extra large menu’s.

I believe the php.ini setting that needs to be increased is max_input_vars

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

I reached out to our host and they understand what you mean but they are curious as to what your recommended setting is?

    Hi,
Please increase max_input_vars up to 6000.
    Thanks
    Mohammad
