Menu mobile "Select a page"

Hi, I’ve a problem with the menu that appears when I open my site with a mobile phone (Iphone).
In the top of the page there is a dropdown menu (indicated with red arrow in IMG attachment) in which there is this write “Select a page”. With the default color (background and font) this phrase is unreadable. How can I change the background color or the font color of this menu?

Try with this custom CSS in the General theme options:

#top-bar .show-menu {
    background-color: #FFFFFF !important;
}

I would like to know that as well. How can I remove the “Select a page” menu for the mobile users

I used the following code but it didnot work:

#top-bar .show-menu { display: none; }

I also commented out this line from header.php but that didn’t work either..:

<!--a href="#" class="visible-phone show-menu"><?php _e("Select a page", "swiftframework"); ?><i class="icon-angle-down"></i></a-->

A solution would be great!
