Wordpress 3.9 and latest Dante version. This overlap happens when search enabled in menu. Also, header styles not changed when I choose other than default.

Mohammad, thank you for fast response, problem was solved. Looks like incorrect parameters in header settings cause this. Reset to defaults, then make customizations again, now anything ok!
