Menu -> Crashing the Entirely Site

Hi,

This is happening for the second time and must be frank is not funny.
1st happen on my test website now on my main.
The MENU is crashing the entirely theme I cant even touch it.
Rewriting the whole scenario one more time, is not an option for me.
Please fix it as soon as possible..

Same happens to me. I’ve installed WordPress + Plug ins via FTP and then I’ve upload the ATELIER theme via FTP also (because if I upload via WordPress gives me ERROR uploading the .zip) and when the upload finishes, my WordPress CRASHES. I can’t do any further steps or go back to another theme, or else. I’ve to erase everything and install once again, I don’t know why this is happening. It crashes when I upload ATELIER theme or when I choose from the WordPress Theme Menu. The first time the theme seems to work but was looking for Swift Ideas Framework Plug In.

Hi,

It could happen that your server is running out of memory. Adjust/add you WordPress memory settings inside the wp-config.php file

Change your WordPress memory to 128M or a maximum 256M.
Also check the official documentation from WordPress in the link below.

Also check your server error logs to find any additional info of the crash.

If this doesn’t sort it, provide us admin credentials in a private reply.
