So I know this should be really simple.

I want to move the menu to sit on top of the header instead of below it, but the menu and the header seemed to be wrapped up in some function.

how can I just move the div’s around to accomplish this?

Apologies for the delay. As per our policy, bumping a topic actually moves it out of our view from the queue.

You could make the required changes in /includes/swift-framework/sf-content-display/sf-header.php. The output is in the function that starts on line 280. It would be easy to move the menu code above the header code for your chosen header type.
