Add this to your custom css:

nav.std-menu ul.sub-menu > li > a, nav.std-menu ul.sub-menu > li > div.current-language {
  padding: 5px 15px;
}

You’ve not set up the mega menu correctly, have you selected 4 columns on the ‘shop’ menu item?
