Mega Menu not saving

Hi guys,

I recently tried to edit a menu, after saving my mega menu disappeared.
I searched the forums and found a topic where you were telling to increase max_input_var to 3000
Done that, but it’s not working. I even tried it to increase to 10.000 but nothings helps.. (it’s on 3000 now)

Could you guys check what the problem is?

Hi,

This can be a plugin issue. You need to try to deactivate all plugins except SwiftFramework and Woocommerce and check if the issue still happens.

If the problem goes away you will need to enable the plugins one by one or several at each time till figure out the plugin that is causing this.

Thanks Rui, woke up middle of the night with the plugin in mind that could give a conflict.
Just tested it this morning, and fixed it with disabling: WPB Accordion Menu or Category PRO

Hi Rui,

I have had the exact same problem, however disabling all plugins except swift framework and woocommerce has not worked, is there any other advice you could offer?

What specifically happens, the menu simply does not save?

Thanks for the quick reply, yes the menu doesnt update. I am trying to add a font awesome icon and enable mega menu on menu items and it doesn’t save front or back end.

We’re not using any cache/cdn as its still in development the site.

Is that your Main Menu? I cannot reach the editor screen, I get this:

Yes thats the main menu on the top of website, have you managed to connect? we’re having an intermittent connection this morning for some reason, usually fine within 30 seconds. Working from here on plenty of devices.

Thanks for your help, it was indeed that value, it was increased to 3000 (from 1000) and it works perfectly now
