    Hi,

    I am using dante template on different websites, but only this site (http://www.newwebsitefireplace.org/) has problems with media library that started yesterday.

    I cannot upload any image or use media library.
    ” An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”

    Also, in revolution slider I have the following error: ” Ajax error. parsererror.”

    or should I address this issue to my hosting?

    Hi,

    Yes, it can be server related.

    First try to disable all plugins and try to upload 1 image to see if the issue still happens.

    If it happens with all the plugins disable try to activate the default WordPress theme and try to upload again 1 image.

    Let us know the result so we can figure this out.

    Hi Rui,

    I deactivated all plugins and managed to upload image. As soon as I activated plugins back I had the same problem.

    Also talked to my hosting provider, they said it is the WordPress theme issue.

    Any ideas how to fix it?

    Hi,

    You have to deactivate again all plugins, and activate them one by one or several at the same time until figure out the problematic plugin.

    Hi Rui,

    Strange enough, when I activated all my plugins one by one it appeared that
    there is no problematic plugin 🙂 Not sure what caused the problem, but now all is back to normal.
